It is as important to TimberSmart as it is to TimberSmart Users, that TimberSmart information systems are fully operational at all times.
However, in practice problems do occur from time to time. To address these problems, we have developed a set of internal standards by which each call is allocated a priority, a scheduled start date, and if possible a scheduled delivery date. Further, it is our intention that our support performance is transparent to users. To this end we have developed an application that will enable appropriate parts of our help desk system to be published to the web. This will allow users to obtain a view of number and status of logged jobs, also to review historic jobs. Publishing this to the web is now under beta testing.
