Timpack Works is business software developed specifically for Timber Merchants, Retail Timber and Hardware stores, Timber Wholesalers, Sawmillers and Panel Product re-sellers.

Modules include:

Stock Control• - All types of timber measurement is handled by Timpack Works - lineal metres, cubic metres, square metres, tonnes and all hardware measures such as per each, box, dozen, etc.

Purchase• Orders – Timber and hardware ordering system, raising orders on suppliers with full integration with Stock Control module, Creditors and General Ledger.

Sales• Processing – Full order entry and Invoicing, cash sales applications work with slip printers and cash drawers for point of sale with fully managed quotes.

Sales• Analysis - All sales enquiry data can be shown graphically or exported for presentational or further processing to other Windows programs such as Excel, Word .
New “Live Reporting” feature allows you to drill into a report to see the original transaction.

Debtors• Processing - Maintains a detailed Debtors ledger with full transaction trail and history. History shows a full list of all invoices, payments and account adjustments made to debtor accounts. Drill down to the original transaction with just a couple of clicks of the mouse.

Creditors• Processing - Invoices are processed directly into the Creditors module or come through from the Purchase Orders module.

Contact• Management – Keep track of your sales activities and appointments for your customers and prospects.

Work• in Progress - Work in Progress is designed for saw-millers to track timber production data from log to finished goods. It includes logs receipts, green and drymilling with production and stock reporting.
