November/December 2011
We install our new TimberSmart SQL product into Neville Smith Forests Products in Mowbray and at the same time we are in West Australia installing TimberSmart into the Manjimup/Dean Mill operations as well as Timpack into the Welshpool retail centre.
A very busy three weeks with TimberSmart staff from New Zealand being called into assist.
We are also in Papua New Guinea working with Cloudy Bay Sustainable Forestry. We will be installing TimberSmart SQL at their greenmill at Bam, about six hours 4x4 drive from Port Moresby and also at 9 Mile, the drymill just out of Port Moresby. TimberSmart will be used for log inventory, green and drymill production with wholesale and retail sales of timber and manufactured timber products, which can even include church pews.
Full chain of custody will also be implemented along with a unique method of transferring pack stock by barge from the greenmill to the drymill.

We install Timpack Works into Redcotes Timber and hardware on the Gold Coast.

We install Timpack Works into Aussie Outdoors Timber and Hardware in Bayswater.

We install TimberSmart at SE Pine Sawmill in Mount Gambier. We will also utilize TimberXchange to transfer data between the sawmill and the Dandenong operation.

SE Pine Treatment order Timpack for their treatment and distribution operation in Dandenong.

Warrnambool Timber Industries order TimberSmart to manage sales orders and the production of their laminated beams. Wireless handhelds will be an integral part of the solution.

Hurford Hardwoods from Lismore NSW have ordered TimberSmart Log Inventory to manage their hardwood log stocks. Installation to happen in the New Year.

AKD Softwoods installs TimberSmart at their Colac operations. This includes two green mills and the drymill, also wireless handhelds to capture all transactions at each production centre. Wireless handheld order picking and despatch was also part of the project.

Matrex Global commission us to write a log marshalling system to manage radiata logs for
containerization and export. We use handheld devices to do the data capture and mobile phone technology to send and receive the data to the server.

Permapole install TimberSmart into their roundwood operation at Mundijong in West Australia.

ITC Timber installs TimberSmart Sawmill at the Alexandra sawmill.

Pinetec Limited installs TimberSmart software at their Perth operation. Once the new mill at Collie comes online, TimberSmart will be connected to the new sorter/stacker for automatic entry and labelling of packs.

Handheld stocktake is now available.
Use hand held technology to collect your pack details and then load this information back into your stocktake. We utilize Pocket PC handheld devices and blue tooth bar-code scanners to provide a truly wireless solution for scanning packs up to 5 metres high.
